A Few Words About Us

The Shining Starz Program is a service offered by Opportunity Enrichment Services Inc., a non-profit organization founded in 1985 by Edwin Hardin. OES was designed as an after school enrichment program with the purpose of assisting youth who were being academically challenged in their classrooms.
